Support the 2025 Baltimore County 4-H Fair

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Baltimore County 4-H Fair operates solely through grants, private donations, and corporate sponsorships. Your support is vital to ensuring we continue providing an enriching and memorable experience for our 4-H youth and the community.

Your donations help cover essential fair expenses, including insurance, security, facilities, and program enhancements, ensuring the best possible fair experience for all.

Ways to Support Baltimore County 4-H

There are multiple ways to contribute, including:

  • Sponsorships for the fair
  • Fair Catalog Ads in our annual Fair Catalog

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

We offer multiple sponsorship levels, each with unique benefits to show our appreciation for your generosity. Sponsorships include perks such as ad placement in the Fair Catalog ad placement, social media marketing incentives, logo recognition, and more.

Whether you’re able to contribute $50 or $5,000, every donation makes a meaningful impact!

Sponsorship Levels:

  • Grand Champion Sponsor ($1,500) – Exclusive back-cover ad in the catalog, logo on event materials, and VIP perks
  • Reserve Grand Champion Sponsor ($1,000) – Inside front or back cover ad with recognition benefits
  • Champion Sponsor ($500) – Full-page ad in the catalog (unlimited availability)
  • Reserve Champion Sponsor ($250) – Half-page ad in the catalog (unlimited availability)

Fair Catalog Ads

Another great way to support the fair is by placing a Fair Catalog Ad—a printed and digital guide featuring the fair schedule, events, and contests. This catalog is viewed by participants, parents, and attendees and will be circulated weeks before the fair as an advertisement for all upcoming events.

Fair Catalog Ads can include:

  • Business ads
  • 4-H Club ads
  • Personal ads (wish your favorite 4-H’er a great fair week!

Ad Options:

  • Full Page (8x10) – $100
  • Half Page (4x5) – $55
  • Business Card (3.5x2) – $30
  • 4-H Legacy Ad (100 words or less) – $5 (Share a message of encouragement or memories!)
  • Patron Ad (30 characters max) – $2

How to Sponsor or Advertise

Step 1: Complete the Sponsor/Ad Form

  • Fill out the Sponsorship & Fair Catalog Ad Form
  • Indicate your sponsorship level and/or Fair Catalog Ad selection.
  • Include your contact details and preferred method of payment.

Step 2: Submit Your Form and Materials

Step 3: Make Your Payment

  • Check payable to: Baltimore County 4-H Fair Association
  • Mail to: P.O. Box 1008, Sparks, MD 21152
  • Credit Card payments accepted (minimum charge $10)

Step 4: Confirm Your Sponsorship or Ad

  • You will receive confirmation via email once your form and payment are received.
